Meeting

It has been suggested that we convene to outline our plan of graphical novelish pursuit and global domination. Friday is best for me, but Wednesday is impossible, other days I'm available after school. I'd suggest we meet at the Secret Underground Bunker, Agent Shermy knows the place. Plus, it's got space for the kids to play.

    Hopefully, the encryption technology is working. I just picked it up at a discount while I was in DC. Some guy Karl said he and his boss no longer had much use for it. Anyway, a test follows:

    As I watch Dick Cheney being wheeled to the inaug like Mr. Potter, I realize that Fridays work as long as we are limiting things to monthly meetings. As for the secret place, let me practice my freemason handshake and then you can reveal it. As for first book, are we all cool on Jimmy Corrigan? I haven't read it, but it pops up a lot on those "greatest graphic novels" lists. And as for the date...Jan. 30? Feb 7?

    And Barack, don't forget...with great power comes.....

    One a different note, I just finished reading The Umbrella Academy, which won an Eisner in 2008.

    Would Thursday at 4 or the Friday 2/1 be good for everyone? Is 4 a good time on either day?
    And Umbrella Academy sound interesting.
